In our application we describe a need to re-decentralise the internet, and help make the link between how think of energy as utility and connectivity as a utility – both are vital services now, and crucially, looking at them in a similar way makes it possible see how patterns in policy, and design of networks enables us to have a lower carbon, more resilient services.
